Appointment Times
All our patients are seen on an appointment basis. We respect your time and try our best to stay on schedule and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us within 48 hours—this will allow us to give your time to another patient. If we are unable to fill a short cancellation appointment, a fee will be applied for missed appointments.
Emergency Appointments
If an emergency arises during regular operating hours, please call us as early in the day as possible so we can attend to you as quickly as possible. Should an emergency arise when the office is closed, our answering service will advise you to call a dental emergency hotline or page Dr. Voutsas.

Fees and Payments
Every effort is made to keep costs as low as possible while maintaining the highest level of dental care. Payment for treatment rendered will be collected at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, our office accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, direct payment, cheques and post-dated cheques.
Insurance
On your first visit, we kindly ask that you bring with you all insurance plan information. Our office is equipped to facilitate the electronic transmission of insurance claims. Should your plan not be set up for electronic submission, at the end of each visit, you will receive all necessary dental forms to file your claim manually.
